Background investigation

In today's society, security has become an important link that cannot be ignored in all walks of life. Especially in prisons, detention centers, military bases, ammunition depots and other compulsory defense places, an efficient, stable and intelligent perimeter defense system is indispensable. Shenzhen Lanstar Technology Co., Ltd. has been focusing on high-quality perimeter security for 23 years. With years of R&D experience and deep technical accumulation, it has successfully launched the Lanstar®LX-D series of high-voltage power grid systems, setting a new benchmark for modern perimeter security.

System Overview

LX-D High-voltage Power Grid System

Lanstar®LX-D series high-voltage power grid system is a new type of high-voltage power grid product independently developed by Shenzhen Lanstar Technology Co., Ltd. in accordance with the national standard of the People's Republic of China GB 25287-2023 "Perimeter Defense High-voltage Power Grid Device". The system uses RS485 bus or TCP/IP network (choose one of the two) signals for communication between devices, which is highly flexible and scalable. At the same time, the system is also equipped with alarm signal output ports such as switch quantity and DC12V, which can easily link other related systems to form a multifunctional modern perimeter defense system.

Problem

① Frequent reports of network contact

② Frequent reports of short circuit

③ Frequent reports of disconnection

④ Frequent reports of anti-disassembly

⑤ Short circuit investigation

⑥ External network and host investigation

Five common questions:

Network contact - LX-D high-voltage power grid frequently reports network contact, how to investigate?

Short circuit - LX-D high-voltage power grid frequently reports short circuit, how to solve it?

Disconnection - LX-D high-voltage power grid frequently reports disconnection, how to deal with it?

Anti-disassembly - LX-D high-voltage power grid frequently reports anti-disassembly, how to solve it?

Short circuit - How to investigate the short circuit of LX-D high-voltage power grid?

Q1 - LX-D high-voltage power grid frequently reports network contact, how to investigate?

1: First check the external network of the alarm protection area: clean up the foreign objects on the high-voltage line that are connected to the ground wire. If there are no foreign objects or the alarm still sounds after cleaning, check the lightning arrester (power on and test after removing the lightning arrester line. If there is no alarm, it means that the lightning arrester is damaged).

2: After there is no problem with the external network, check the host: smell the burnt smell, see the burnt black marks, and listen to the sparking sound after unpacking.

3: Perform short-circuit troubleshooting (see Q5 general short-circuit steps below).

Q2——LX-D high-voltage power grid frequently reports short circuits, how to solve it?

1: Check the external network: clean up the foreign objects that short-circuit between high-voltage lines or to the ground. If the alarm still sounds after cleaning, check the host.

2: Host inspection: smell the burnt smell, see the burnt black marks, and listen to the sparking sound after unpacking.

3: Perform short-circuit troubleshooting (see Q5 general short-circuit steps below).

Q3——LX-D high-voltage power grid frequently reports disconnection, how to deal with it?

1: Check the external network: repair the broken high-voltage wire or tighten the connector. If the alarm still sounds after the repair, check the host.

2: Host inspection: smell the burnt smell, see the burnt marks, and listen to the spark after unpacking.

3: Perform short-circuit inspection (see Q5 general short-circuit steps below).

Q4——LX-D high-voltage power grid frequently reports anti-disassembly, how to solve it?

1: Temporary treatment: wrap the anti-disassembly switch in the upper left corner of the electrical box with electrical tape (remove the tape before closing the box).

2: If the alarm still sounds: check whether the anti-disassembly switch spring is deformed, and use needle-nosed pliers to bend it back to its original position; if it is invalid, remove the anti-disassembly switch wiring.

Q5——How to conduct short-circuit inspection of LX-D high-voltage power grid?

1: Tool preparation: multimeter, 2 10-15cm power cords, cross screwdriver, electric pen, masking tape.

External network and host inspection

•Power off and test to ensure safety •

1. Remove the four wires IN+, OUT+, IN-, and OUT- of the A/B box and mark them.

2. Use the power cord to short-circuit IN+ and OUT+ as one group, and IN- and OUT- as another group.

Power supply observation panel:

1. Only the power light and anti-dismantle light are on → the host is normal, and the external network fault needs to be checked.

2. Other alarm lights are on → The host control box is faulty and needs to be returned to the factory.

When the host is normal, use the multimeter buzzer to measure:

Four wires to ground wire: If they are connected, the external network is grounded and needs to be cleaned.

IN+ and IN-, OUT+ and OUT-: If they are connected, the external network is short-circuited (only short-circuit fault requires this item).

Two groups of wires are conductive: If they are disconnected, the external network is disconnected (only disconnection fault requires this item).

Check the transformer and control box

•Power off and test •

1. Remove the T5 and T6 wires of the A/B box and mark them.

2. Use the resistance range of the multimeter to measure the resistance of the T5-T6 wire:

Normal value ≈ 1KΩ → The transformer is normal.

Deviation from 1KΩ → The transformer is damaged and needs to be returned to the factory
